RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

• First print the return authorization and shipping labels
  The Request return authorization online or message support either through email or through chat.
• Then Prepare the package to be shipped
  The item should be carefully packaged in a box with the return authorization and attach the return shipping label.
• Your package is ready to be shipped
  Proceed to the closest DHL or Fedex

You are able return or exchange new products for any reason within 60 days. Defective products are covered by exchange only.

365-DAY WARRANTY COVERAGE

All our products are covered by a 365 day (one-year) warranty for repair against defects provided by the manufacturer and or CMD. Provide us with more information regarding your product to be replaced .

Refund method Refunds are issued to the same digital currency wallet or other form of payment used on your original transaction.

Products must be new and show no signs of use or installation or crypto mining devices will refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

• Any sign of use – including installation, scratches, or other signs of use such as physical marking, screw holes, or similar.
• Tags, stickers and other manufacturer labels removed or tampered.
• Missing parts or the original product packaging is damaged or tampered.
• A different serial number than the one crypto mining devices shipped.
• Physical damage from drops, liquid, mishandling or similar.
• Product(s) returned that were damaged due to improper packaging.
